The "W Kneading Machine" is a kneading device designed to finely break down air bubbles contained in the work (such as powder, mochi, or dough), achieve uniform temperature, ensure consistent moisture levels, and mix auxiliary materials. The work is fed from the hopper and is pushed out of the machine by a dual-axis shaft equipped with spirals and cutting blades. The degree of kneading is determined by the temperature of the work, the length of the shaft, the number and angle of the cutting blades attached to the shaft, and the opening degree of the outlet.
